Hi :) I have started this blog to share with you my weight loss journey - what I call Project WL. I started this journey on Monday 31st May 2010 when my weight was at 171.1kgs. Today, Thursday 10th June I have lost 5.1lkgs (that's in less than 2 weeks) and my weight is now at 166kgs. I have noticed the changes in my attitude, energy and fitness. My goal is to lose 50kgs by 31st December 2010 - and I will share with you my journey along the way. Never Give Up x

ReplyDeleteI just stumbled here after searching lost 50kg on google
anway i thaught i would do a quick post to say it is poss to loose 50kg in 7 months
Im 140 days into my diet (1000 cals striclty counted)
and i have gone from 334.2 lbs (151.6 kg i think)
to 217.0 lbs when i weighed yesterday (98.5 kg?)
so just over 53kg lost so far
